walk/update/new year
i’ve stopped running for a little bit and started walking instead.
reasons:
i am not voraciously hungry after a walk
i can head out the door for a walk in 10 seconds flat in whatever i am wearing - just need reasonably supportive shoes.
walking is peaceful
i don’t need to ‘psych myself up’ just to go for a walk… going for a walk actually sounds really nice, so...

when we got back from thanksgiving i was 132
but by the end of the next day, back down to 128.
whew. i HATED seeing that number again…
no more 130s until i’m PREGNANT.
3 pounds away from my first goal!
8 pounds away form my ultimate goal!
ran 2 miles on sunday, going to run 3 tonight.
i can do this!!!
